Burn Survivors Featured on CBC’s “You Can’t Ask That”

Some of our burn survivors were featured on an episode of the CBC show You Can’t Ask That. “The show asks the misunderstood, judged, or stigmatized people in society the questions you’ve always wanted to know the answers to. It’s about breaking down stereotypes and offering a genuine insight into the lives people who live with labels. Were you in an accident? Can I touch your burn scars? Are people afraid of you? Canadians talk about their journeys and the stigmas they face as burn survivors.”

The show is currently available on AMI but will be posted to CBC Gem in the coming weeks.
